We collect the following categories of personal data: (a) identification data — name, email address, country; (b) clinical case data — patient history, uploaded files, imaging links; (c) payment data — processed by Stripe, not stored by us; (d) technical data — IP address, browser type, session identifiers.

We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for the provision of remote consultation services.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: delivery of the requested consultation service; communication regarding your case; transactional emails (confirmation, report delivery); legal compliance and fraud prevention.

The legal basis for processing is: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for case delivery; legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for platform security; consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional educational use of anonymized data.

Case data and associated files are retained for 5 years from the date of case completion, in accordance with applicable veterinary and medical record-keeping obligations.

You may request earlier deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements — see Your Rights below.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure (right to be forgotten); restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

We use strictly necessary session cookies for platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Stripe's payment interface sets its own cookies, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
