Terms of Service

NeuroVet Consult is a remote consultation (telemedicine) platform operated by SmartVet OOD (Ltd.), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria under Unified Identification Code (UIC) 208259494, with registered office at 23 Moryashka St., floor 7, apt. 55, Asparuhovo district, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria.

In these Terms, "NeuroVet Consult", "we", "us", and "our" refer to SmartVet OOD. You can contact us at [email protected].

By accessing or using NeuroVet Consult services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

NeuroVet Consult provides remote specialist veterinary neurology consultation services, including diagnostic imaging interpretation, second opinions, and clinical management guidance.

Services are provided by Dr. Svetoslav Penchev, a qualified veterinary neurologist. All consultations are delivered in written report format unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required in full before a case enters the specialist review queue. Accepted payment methods are processed securely via Stripe.

Refund policy: refunds may be issued if cancellation is requested before the specialist review has commenced.

NeuroVet Consult provides specialist opinion as a remote consultation service. Opinions provided do not constitute a definitive diagnosis and do not replace in-person veterinary examination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroVet Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on consultation reports.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.
